Experience the culture, customs and design of Costa Rica through a unique partnership program with Veritas University. See how culture affects design locally and globally in this twopart program. Part 1 will specifically address Costa Rican Culture, Design and the integration of culture into design. Biomimicry and Design will compose the emphasis of Part 2. Through exploration and experimentation, understand what nature can teach us about design and how things work. These two components will be integrated into practice through a series of field experiences culminating in a country‐specific service learning opportunity! Group will meet at ASU for classes prior to departure.
