To apply for an AOEP, please complete the following 3 items:
- AOEP Student Application Packet (PDF)
Please retrieve and drop the Judiciary Clearance Form to the Office of Student Conduct at the following time:
Monday through Friday
Between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
(closed for lunch 12:30-1:00)
Student Conduct will send your judiciary form directly to our office after processing. - Payment Schedules & Cancellation Policy Form
- Initial deposit check made payable to ASU (non-refundable)
AOEP Applications are complete only when you submit these 3 items to Dawn Arnold, Nathalie Turner, Meg Kennedy, or the Program Leader.
All applicants are required to read the AOEP Student Handbook (PDF) before submitting their applications.
